My job is to strengthen your introspective abilities, make you a more mindful eater, and ultimately provide you with the freedom that comes when you realize your self-worth is not tied or related to your body image, food choices, or how much you exercise. I also make easy plant-based recipes I hope you’ll bring into your home so meal times can be about the people you’re with and the memories you make.
